Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. You will manage software releases and maintain system stability by utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms. Your role ensures that solutions remain compatible with existing systems while delivering optimal performance, requiring continuous monitoring and adjustment to meet organizational needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and integration points within enterprise systems.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Familiarity with software release management and version control practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
