Job Description: 

As a Quality Program Engineer (QPE) for the Chandler Assembly site, you will be part of FQRL (Foundry Quality, Reliability, and Labs), Intel's Quality and Reliability organization. You will be responsible for owning site quality audits, measuring and reporting on Fab quality, generating and implementing Fab Quality improvement programs, and leading Quality Meetings and Quality Improvement Teams. Responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to: • Program manage an Internal Site audit team including training and coaching to site audit team on audit expectations, quality standards and compliance requirements. • Develop and maintain an internal audit schedule, ensuring completion of all planned audits. Identify nonconformance, process gaps and improvement opportunities during audits. Support preparation for external audits by ensuring internal audit readiness. • Engage with Foundry APTM (Advanced Packaging Technology Manufacturing) Quality and Reliability Team counterparts to share learnings, implement best known methods, and share factory BKMs to define VF standards. • Help lead the Quality System Certifications for new technologies (e.g. Excursion Protection systems such as FMEA, Queue Time loop Management systems, etc.). • Facilitate Factory Quality Meetings to identify and drive hard fixes for repeat Quality issues that impact your factory and also downstream customers. • Influence and engage with Factory Staff, Area Managers, GLs, and Process Engineers and Techs to proactively identify Quality risk areas, ensure excursion response systems are robust, and help lead teams to implement solutions. Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or Masters degree with 2+ years of experience or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Metallurgy Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics.

- At least 2 years of Experience with Quality Management tools such as Audit, 8D, FMEA, SPC, change control and quality control standards.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $120,860.00-170,630.00 USD
