The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our C&P Enterprise Korea Sales Operations team, based in Seoul. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the C&P Enterprise Sales Leader for Korea, bringing operational rigor and strategic insight to the day-to-day running of the business, while partnering closely with the wider Asia Sales Operations team to drive consistency and best practice across the region.
This role is initially a 12 month contract.
Responsibilities Include:
Partner with the Sales Leader and other ecosystem partners in strategic GTM planning and the day to day running of the Enterprise C&P business
Assist the Sales Leader, Sales Account Managers, Channel Account Managers and Renewal specialists to be accountable for achieving revenue goals. Diagnose gaps and develop action plans to improve performance across the region
Drive the weekly and quarterly Outlook process using pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required
Manage local execution of Sales Quota setting and validate attainment and exception requests
Assess current business practices and provide innovative ways for improved efficiency and effectiveness
Provide reporting/data support to the sales team and other business partners
What you need to succeed
3+ years of work experience in sales operations or related field
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to be successful working in highly matrixed organization and able to build support and strong relationships with key stakeholders and peers
Strong Excel skills. Experience in CRM and data visualization tools (e.g. SFDC, Tableau, Power BI) preferred
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
