Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. You will manage application features, oversee release processes, and ensure the overall stability and performance of the systems. Your role includes utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various environments. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless user experience.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI), Tableau.
- Strong experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports.
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive business insights.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application capabilities.
- Knowledge of release management processes and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
