Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms. This position requires balancing customization with maintaining compatibility and seamless operation across integrated systems, ensuring that the applications continue to meet user needs effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI), Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing packaged and cloud-based applications.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code development platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control in software environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
