Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs, then translating those needs into detailed application designs. The role requires active participation in defining project requirements and contributing to the architectural planning of software solutions. Throughout the day, the engineer works alongside cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications developed align with the intended business processes and deliver value. This position demands continuous communication and coordination to refine designs and support the development lifecycle effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into ongoing development activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying data integration and transformation solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services.
- Ability to optimize and troubleshoot complex data workflows and packages to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with database concepts, data warehousing, and ETL processes to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Experience in collaborating with development teams to integrate SSIS packages with other software components and systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
