Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises solutions to create robust, production-ready pipelines. The engineer applies generative artificial intelligence models to enhance system capabilities and may work on diverse projects including deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI models ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill enhancement.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate AI solutions effectively into existing systems and workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing and deploying AI applications using cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and neural network frameworks.
- Ability to develop and optimize chatbots and conversational AI systems.
- Familiarity with image processing techniques and their application in AI solutions.
- Skilled in building scalable and production-ready AI pipelines ensuring reliability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
