The challenge

Adobe's Partnerships organization drives growth and access to new technology by partnering with top tech companies. This role leads Partnerships Strategy & Operations, a team of highly motivated strategy specialists that acts as the accelerant for the Partnerships organization. You'll own two connected mandates: Define strategy by identifying high-impact opportunities and crafting the frameworks the Partnerships team follows. Also, drive insights and operational excellence by tracking performance and managing the budget, headcount, and goals and achievements rhythms.

What you'll do

  • Strategy: Lead the "top of the funnel" and "see around corners." Anticipate high-impact opportunities aligned to Adobe's product priorities. Set category strategy and prioritization for the rest of the Partnerships team to complete. Keep the strategy aligned to the company's priorities through annual Interlocks and QBRs. Feed collaborative insights back as input to Adobe's broader strategy and prioritization.

  • Insights & Operations: Track partnership metrics and derive insights to iterate on strategy. Define and track Corporate Partnerships OKRs; own budget tracking, headcount planning, and resource reallocation; design end-to-end partnership processes that keep the group aligned and efficient.

  • Leadership & Communication: Manage and develop the team, coaching it to turn analyses into actionable recommendations, and persuasively communicate the partnerships strategy and plan to cross-functional teams and executives.

What you need to succeed

Must have

  • 15+ years combined across strategy (consulting, private equity, or corporate strategy) and partnerships, business development, or operations — ideally in software, cloud, or internet.

  • A track record leading complex strategic and operational initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Strong analytical rigor and excellent executive communication and influence.

  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

Preferred

  • Prior partner strategy or partner operations experience at a technology company.

  • An advanced degree or equivalent experience in a technical, management, or engineering field.

  • Familiarity with Adobe's products and passion for the collaboration, creativity, and digital transformation spaces.
