Buscamos un/a estudiante de Arquitectura o Ingeniería para incorporarse como becario/a al área técnica de Transacciones Inmobiliarias. Si estás cursando los últimos años de grado o un máster y te interesa conocer el sector inmobiliario desde la consultoría, esta es una excelente oportunidad para aprender junto a un equipo multidisciplinar y participar en transacciones, análisis de activos y proyectos estratégicos.
Buscamos una persona proactiva, flexible, con capacidad para trabajar en equipo y muchas ganas de aprender. La persona seleccionada dará apoyo al equipo en proyectos de Real Estate de diversa índole, entre los que destacan:
- Due Diligence técnicas y medioambientales.
- Informes de Project Monitoring
- Análisis de viabilidad de activos y proyectos.
- Preparación de informes técnicos.
- Apoyo en proyectos inmobiliarios para clientes nacionales e internacionales.
Requisitos:
- Estudiante de últimos cursos de Arquitectura o Ingeniería (Industrial, Edificación o similares), o de un máster relacionado.
- No se requiere experiencia profesional previa.
- Se valorarán conocimientos académicos, proyectos universitarios o prácticas relacionados con:
- Gestión de proyectos.
- Obra y/o diseño de proyectos.
- Sector inmobiliario y construcción.
- Nivel de inglés alto.
