As a key member of the Creativity & Productivity Enterprise team, you will shape the strategy and execution that drive global growth and sales performance for Adobe’s Creative Cloud business—including Creative Foundation, one of Adobe Enterprise’s largest Enterprise solutions.
Your deep expertise in SaaS, Enterprise sales and consumption-based monetization models - combined with a track record of leading large‑scale, high‑impact initiatives - will enable you to deliver meaningful outcomes across channels. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, Pricing, and Operations to lead complex cross‑functional programs that enhance customer experiences, accelerate new customer acquisition, and strengthen long‑term retention.
This role will lead the development and execution of Enterprise GTM strategies across Adobe’s growing Enterprise Creative Foundation portfolio. You will leverage data, customer insights, and cross functional partnerships to shape strategic priorities, inform executive decision making and operationalize GTM strategies.
As a people leader, you will lead and develop a small, high impact team, setting direction, coaching talent, and ensuring delivery against strategic Enterprise GTM priorities.
Success in this role requires operating effectively in a large, complex data environment and synthesizing sophisticated business and customer analyses into clear recommendations, scalable programs, and measurable outcomes.
We are especially looking for a leader with a strong management consulting foundation and exposure to Generative AI driven business transformation, who can bring structured problem solving, executive-level storytelling, and forward-looking AI perspectives into our GTM strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own Enterprise GTM strategy for Adobe’s Creative Foundation business, scaling adoption, while expanding usage, footprint, and long-term customer value across Enterprise.
Partner with a cross-matrix team including Product Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Operations and Product teams to develop and implement plans that deliver quarterly and annual sales goals
Develop and maintain deep understanding of each customer segment, and provide insights to Product and Product Marketing teams that result in improved product capabilities and experiences
Identify and prioritize business growth opportunities (e.g. country, route-to-market, vertical, product) and develop programs to deliver against these opportunities (test, implement). Drive cross-functional collaborations to achieve the same goal at country level.
Preempt and problem-solve operational issues; lead and integrate cross-functional efforts.
Qualifications/Experience
BS/BA preferred OR 12+ years of experience in management consulting OR equivalent practical experience. MBA preferred.
6+ years of people management experience
Strong preference of experience at top tier consulting firms (e.g., strategy or management consulting) where you advised enterprise clients on growth strategy, digital transformation, or AI-led transformation initiatives
Customer-first orientation, with deep global experience working across various customer segments
Proven ability to design and operationalize SaaS and consumption-based monetization strategies to optimize customer experience and unlock growth.
Genuine desire to have your impact measured in real-world metrics that correlate to quarterly and annual sales success
Demonstrated leadership success in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
Strong experience leading direct, and cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives
Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and implement to address critical business issues
Demonstrated excellence in conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving
The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, presenting supporting facts and data to back up your position

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $170,000 -- $320,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $221,000 - $320,000
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
