• Collect and analyze operational data using specialized methods and tools to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and quantify strategies aimed at optimizing organizational operations.
• Collaborate closely with all levels of the organization to implement strategies effectively.
• Provide coaching to ensure accurate interpretation and use of data and key performance indicators.
• Support the design and management of capital projects for select initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and execution of energy transition plans
• Promote and model high safety standards in challenging and remote work environments.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Advanced proficiency in Transformation Strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Transformation.
• A minimum of 12 of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
