Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment strategy that encompasses planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. This role requires close collaboration with various project teams to ensure all deployment activities are synchronized and interdependencies are effectively managed. Monitoring progress and controlling the deployment plan are key daily tasks, alongside facilitating training sessions and pilot programs to support a smooth transition and successful implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless deployment processes.
- Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies and project management principles related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in coordinating complex project schedules and resource planning.
- Ability to analyze deployment metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Capability to manage budgeting and financial tracking within deployment projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
