Strategy & Consulting | Tech-Led Transformation Consultant - Sourcing & Procurement

Accenture’s Sourcing & Procurement Consulting practice is expanding and we are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Tech-Led Transformation team. We are looking for a professional passionate about leveraging technology to redesign business processes, selecting and implementing enterprise tools, and delivering measurable impact for our clients.

Whether mapping current-state operations, designing future-state workflows, or guiding clients through software selection and implementation, our team delivers tangible results that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Lead in S2P platform implementation projects (Coupa, Ivalua, Icertis, Zycus) in a functional or techno-functional role.
• Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements, design processes, and validate configurations.
• Drive end-to-end process discovery and documentation (as-is / to-be) across functional areas.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify pain points, improvement opportunities, and digital enablers.
• Design future-state process maps aligned with business goals and technology capabilities.
• Contribute to the definition of the core model and best practices for digital procurement.
• Support software / tool selection through market analysis, vendor evaluation, and fit-gap assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Procurement, Finance) to define implementation roadmaps that drive process improvement initiatives.
• Lead solution architecture discussions and success criteria definition.
• Manage stakeholder communications, support change management, training and supplier enablement activities.

 

Typical Projects:

• Technology-led transformation initiatives across Sourcing & Procurement.
• Tool implementation (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Icertis).
• Tool enhancement and optimization for existing platforms.
• Transformation strategy design.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or digital transformation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• S2C and P2P knowledge.
• Sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Contract management experience.
• Experience with procurement and contract management platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, or Icertis.
• Experience implementing e-Procurement tools (Coupa, Ariba, Icertis).
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to agile delivery models and digital product lifecycle.
• Supplier management and onboarding experience.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
