As the leader in creative, document, and experience technology, we drive transformation for more than 85% of the Fortune 2000, standing at the intersection of creativity, marketing, and AI.
The Opportunity
Every global brand is now a media company. The question is whether they have the infrastructure, the intelligence, and the craft to operate like one.
Join a fast-paced, 0-to-1 intrapreneurial team within Adobe Firefly Foundry, working directly with enterprise customers to scope and identify deep-tuning AI services. You will collaborate closely with Adobe's platform, security, engineering, product, and program management organizations.
A successful candidate brings genuine creative fluency, full-stack engineering depth, and experience with agency & media workflows. you translate complex customer problems into working solutions — often before the customer knows what they need You will have a builder's instinct for GenAI prototypes. You bring insight and clarity to unclear paths.
What You'll Do
Act like a product manager for the customer. Understand what they need, think about how to improve the product, and bring that perspective back inside consistently.
Immerse yourself fully in client workflows. Step into the role of the designer, the marketer, the filmmaker and produce the outputs. Don't just evaluate — use the tools deeply enough to hit real friction, anticipate needs, surface edge cases, and find the errors.
Prototype quickly. Code quickly to drive alignment internally and with customers, then harden experiences with quality engineering practices for Adobe's client platforms.
Participate and guide discovery workshops. Identify high-value use cases, define and scope technical architectures, and translate customer needs into credible, impact-focused solutions.
Create compelling technical demos. Ideate next-generation creative workflows using Adobe APIs, Firefly Services, Creative Cloud, and AI capabilities — then script, produce, and deliver the demos yourself. Represent Adobe as required at industry events, advisory boards, and executive forums.
Partner with internal engineering and research teams. Imagine and build with existing and emerging technologies, including generative AI models, LLMs, and modern web infrastructure.
Influence Adobe's product roadmap. Bring real market signal back inside from customers, partners, and the field.
