SAP CPI lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CPI Lead to lead the design and delivery of enterprise integration solutions. The role requires strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and the ability to translate business and technical requirements into scalable, reliable, and deliverable integration solutions.

The CPI Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, delivery teams, and technical teams to ensure integration solutions are aligned with business objectives and overall solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of SAP CPI integration solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into scalable and deliverable integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to integration team members.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical standards.
• Drive key technical decisions and resolve complex integration issues across multiple teams.
• Support requirements analysis, solution architecture, and solution planning activities.
• Evaluate relevant technologies and recommend solutions that improve integration effectiveness and efficiency.
• Promote knowledge sharing, technical best practices, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Drive quality assurance practices to ensure high standards of solution delivery.
• Take ownership of integration-related technical decisions and overall solution quality.
  

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Strong experience in integration solution architecture and design.
• Strong requirements analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating across multiple workstreams or stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Solution Architecture.
• Experience in Requirements Analysis.
• Knowledge of Solution Planning, Costing & Pricing.
• Experience providing technical leadership for complex enterprise integration initiatives.
