Your Mission

As a Growth Tech & Agentic Commerce Advisory Senior Manager, you enable clients to design and operationalize next‑generation, AI‑driven commerce ecosystems. You connect business ambition with intelligent, autonomous systems that orchestrate customer journeys, decisions, and transactions in real time.

By bridging marketing, data, AI, and IT, you guide organizations from traditional Growth Tech stacks toward agentic, decision‑centric architectures—transforming AI and automation into sustainable value.

Your Daily Work

• Shape Agentic Commerce strategies: Develop blueprints that connect business, marketing, data, and AI-driven architectures.
• Design AI-powered experiences: Create decisioning frameworks, recommendation models, and autonomous customer journey orchestration.
• Build future-ready ecosystems: Assess Growth Tech and commerce landscapes and define future-state architectures, platforms, and capabilities.
• Turn strategy into value: Translate business needs into agentic use cases, operating models, business cases, and measurable KPI frameworks.
• Collaborate & enable: Work closely with cross-functional teams from strategy through execution while contributing to capability building within Song.

Who You Are

• You bring 5–8 years’ experience in digital strategy, MarTech, commerce, or CX consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Growth Tech, Agentic Commerce, and AI/ML-driven use cases.
• Experience with personalization, recommendations, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Ability to connect business strategy, data, AI, and technical architecture.
• Confident with senior stakeholders and agile, cross-functional teams.
