As an Analog Layout Engineer, a typical day involves designing the physical layout of analog circuits with careful attention to component placement and routing to achieve optimal circuit performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to verify that the layout aligns with functional, electrical, and manufacturing requirements, ensuring a seamless transition from design to production. This position demands a balance of technical precision and teamwork to deliver high-quality analog circuit layouts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with design and verification teams to ensure layout accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Review and optimize layouts to improve performance and manufacturability.
- Maintain documentation and update design records to support project tracking and audits.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Layout Design.
- Strong knowledge of analog circuit design principles and layout techniques.
- Experience with layout tools and software used for analog circuit design.
- Understanding of parasitic extraction and its impact on circuit performance.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate signal integrity and power distribution challenges.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability considerations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Analog Layout Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
