SAP Security - BDC and SAC

Role Overview

We are looking for an SAP Security professional with experience in SAP Roles & Authorizations, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The role will support the design and implementation of secure SAP solutions while collaborating with functional and technical teams to meet business and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain SAP roles and authorizations based on business and security requirements.
• Support security and access requirements across SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) environments.
• Develop and implement solutions aligned with business, functional, and security needs.
• Support functional and application designs that meet current and future business requirements.
• Analyze access and authorization requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to refine solution approaches.
• Troubleshoot security, role, and authorization-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement of SAP security and access management processes.
• Stay current with evolving SAP technologies, security practices, and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in SAP Security or related areas.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Roles & Authorizations.
• Knowledge or experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Experience supporting security or authorization requirements within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Understanding of process improvement principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
