Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation across multiple platforms. The position demands continuous engagement with complex system environments to maintain business continuity and support operational efficiency through timely and effective problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of order to cash processes and integration points within SAP modules.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in SAP SD environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs, debug errors, and implement corrective actions effectively.
- Familiarity with SAP configuration and customization to support business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
