Role Summary
The Acquisitions Legal Counsel Specialist role sits within the Ventures & Acquisitions (V&A) area of the Global Legal Network and provides legal support for Accenture's M&A, divestiture and strategic investment transactions. The position is based in São Paulo and includes hybrid work availability.
What You'll Do
- Provide legal support on M&A transactions and strategic investments at Accenture.
- Take part in legal due diligence processes, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Review, analyze and support negotiations of contracts and transaction documents related to acquisitions and investments.
- Interact with global Legal, Procurement, Contracting and Legal Integration teams across different geographies.
- Coordinate activities and deliverables of specific projects, supporting area leadership in managing demands.
- Analyze commercial, customer, supplier and strategic alliance contracts in transaction data rooms.

O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Atuar no suporte jurídico de transações de M&A e investimentos estratégicos da Accenture.
- Participar de processos de due diligence legal, identificando riscos e propondo estratégias de mitigação.
- Revisar, analisar e apoiar negociações de contratos e documentos transacionais relacionados a aquisições e investimentos.
- Interagir com equipes globais de Legal, Procurement, Contracting e Legal Integration em diferentes geografias.
- Coordenar atividades e entregas de projetos específicos, apoiando a liderança da área na gestão das demandas.
- Analisar contratos comerciais, de clientes, fornecedores e alianças estratégicas presentes em data rooms de transações.
