Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the applications to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable, scalable solutions are central to daily activities in this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration to support complex business processes.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving application issues efficiently.
- Experience working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in O9 Solutions.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
