Summary:
As a Business Agility Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging with various organizational stakeholders to provide advisory services that drive business agility and foster technology innovation. This role focuses on guiding clients through transformational journeys that enhance their ability to adapt, learn, and excel in competitive environments. The practitioner collaborates across multiple teams to ensure that transformation initiatives align with strategic goals, enabling organizations to continuously evolve and maintain a competitive edge in their industries.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technology groups to support transformation objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their understanding of business agility principles and practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance delivery effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Business Agility, Business Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Requirements Analysis, Business Agility, Business Architecture.
- Strong capability in eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements to support organizational change.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through agile methodologies.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technology solutions.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and discussions that promote shared understanding and consensus among stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
