Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with various stages of software creation, including analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing and testing code for multiple application components. The role also includes maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with different client projects to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery. This position requires balancing development tasks with problem-solving activities to support ongoing application performance and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development practices.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in data science projects.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and cleaning.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Capability to develop and validate predictive models and algorithms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
