Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts to ensure that application solutions meet business needs. The position demands continuous engagement with various teams to align technical efforts and deliver high-quality software products. The engineer oversees the progress of development activities, troubleshoots challenges, and ensures that the applications are tailored to support organizational goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions to support business processes.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and integrity throughout the analytics lifecycle.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application configuration and deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
