Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to specific needs. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous communication with team members, and managing priorities to deliver effective solutions. The engineer acts as the central point of contact, facilitating collaboration and driving progress to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data workflows and pipelines.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
