Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing end-to-end application pipelines, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and enhancement of AI-driven functionalities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions that meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning Operations, Google Cloud Vertex AI Model Development.
- have complete knowledge of development using GitHub Copilot should focus on mastering prompt engineering for code generation and refinement. This involves crafting precise, unambiguous instructions to get the best possible output from AI assistants like GitHub Copilot.
- Specializing in AI model deployment and MLOps using platforms like AWS SageMaker or Google Cloud Vertex AI offers significant career growth opportunities.
- Continuous learning in areas like data science, machine learning algorithms, and responsible AI practices is essential for sustained relevance and career advancement in technology.
- Strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning models using cloud platforms.
- In-depth understanding of AI model lifecycle management and operationalization.
- Familiarity with generative AI techniques and their practical applications.
- Ability to optimize AI workflows for performance and scalability.
- Experience with integrating AI models into production-grade software systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
