Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role focuses on enhancing the model's ability to understand and generate contextually relevant responses by carefully adjusting its parameters and training data. The work requires continuous experimentation and evaluation to ensure the model performs optimally in targeted applications, contributing to the advancement of intelligent language processing systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document methodologies and findings to support knowledge sharing and future development.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in model development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in fine-tuning language models for instruction-based tasks and domain-specific adaptation.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and model evaluation metrics.
- Ability to work with large datasets and preprocess data for model training and validation.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in machine learning workflows, such as Python.
- Experience with model deployment and performance monitoring in real-world applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
