What would you do? • Ensures effective delivery of Benefits activities while maintaining service quality, compliance, and operational controls. • candidates with Compensation Benefits experience • Design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonus incentives, maintaining salary and job tables and managing employee stock purchase plan.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Compensation Administration Process Design - P3 • Secondary skill - Benefits Administration - P3 • Leadership and coaching; stakeholder management; benefits systems expertise data accuracy and reporting; process improvement; operational governance and controls. • Shift Timing • "Australian shift(6.00am log in) • WFO - 5 days a week until project stabilization" • "6+ years overall experience; 4+ years in benefits; 1+ years of team management experience. • Preferable - SuccessFcators experience "
Roles and Responsibilities: • "• Lead and support benefits, including Service Recognition, cards, Of the Year Awards, and Novated & Operating Lease Vehicles. • • Maintain accurate documentation, workflows and governance requirements • • Keep stakeholders, including external vendors or contractors, informed of progress on critical activities.
