Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, your day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. You will oversee the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, ensuring that testing activities are conducted with precision and reliability. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of testing outcomes, contributing to the continuous improvement of quality standards within the project environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize automation frameworks to enhance efficiency.
- Document and communicate testing processes and results clearly to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools relevant to quality engineering.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated test suites.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance principles.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
