Project Manager, Alliance Portfolio (1-year fixed term contract)
ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Manager, Alliance Portfolio drives the execution of brand and alliance projects for a defined set of brands within Pfizer Korea’s alliance partnership portfolio. The specific brands assigned will be finalized based on the selected candidate’s experience and capabilities, as well as business needs.
This role owns the delivery — turning agreed brand and alliance plans into executed projects on time, on budget, and in compliance, across Pfizer’s cross-functional teams and the alliance partners’ marketing teams. It suits a candidate with early commercial experience who wants concentrated exposure to alliance management and multi-brand execution within a defined 12-month period.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project & Execution Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned brand and alliance projects — scope, timeline, stakeholders, review and approval steps, and go-live — managing several projects in parallel across the portfolio
- Translate Brand Plans and the Plan of Action (PoA) into concrete workplans; track progress, remove operational blockers, and keep the Marketing Lead and the Value Max TA Lead informed with concise status updates
2. Alliance Partner Coordination
- Act as the day-to-day operational counterpart to alliance partner marketing teams: coordinate joint activities, align timelines and materials, and prepare content for joint business reviews and governance meetings
- Collect and consolidate partner activity and KPI data; flag gaps against agreed plans to the Marketing Lead with proposed fixes
3. Content & Channel Execution
- Develop and localize promotional and training materials with agencies, ICO, CMO, and partner marketing teams; manage the internal review and approval process to ensure compliant, consistent, and efficient content production
- Execute omnichannel campaigns and monitor channel performance data to recommend optimizations
4. Data, Insight & Reporting
- Maintain business and execution KPI dashboards; prepare sales, market, and competitive analyses and business review materials for the Marketing Lead and the Value Max TA Lead
- Provide demand forecast and S&OP inputs in collaboration with the Marketing Lead, GSC, and alliance partners
5. Budget, Compliance & Knowledge Continuity
- Track project and brand budgets, manage vendor contracts, POs, and invoicing, and ensure spend stays within approved plans
- Ensure all partner-facing and customer-facing activities comply with Pfizer policies and local industry codes; maintain disciplined documentation to enable seamless handover given the fixed-term nature of the role
