As a part of the CFO&EV team, you will support CFOs and finance organizations to craft and implement strategies anchored on digital disruption, new age operating models and best-in-class practices, to drive market differentiation.

Job Description

Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance solutions (SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA Finance), act as the bridge between business and technology to transform clients' financial processes, ensure adoption of best practices, and safeguard the quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Functional Leadership

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with finance stakeholders.

• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and define functional solutions for complex financial processes.

• Recommend SAP best practices and industry standards to the client.

• Independently engage with business stakeholders.

Design & Implementation

• Lead configuration, testing, conversion, and deployment activities.

• Perform SAP S/4HANA configuration and support end-to-end process implementation.

• Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, and enhancements (RICEFW) and collaborate with technical, integration, and business teams.

Project Delivery

• Participate in end-to-end implementations (blueprint, realization, testing, Go-Live, and hypercare).

• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and hypercare activities.

• Oversee functional deliverables, documentation, and schedule adherence.

Mentorship & Talent Development

• Guide and develop junior consultants on the team.

• Review configurations, documentation, and quality of team deliverables.

• Transfer knowledge to both the client and the internal team.

Required Experience

Your experience counts!

• • 6+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience
  • At least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Proven participation in at least 3 full-cycle (end-to-end) implementations.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects (implementation, rollout, or ECC conversion).
  • Mastery of SAP Activate methodology.
  • Experience in global or multinational environments.
  • Client-facing consulting experience; ability to work independently.
  • Effective storytelling, both visual (PowerPoint) and oral, in English
  • We deliver our work mostly remotely. However, as part of the global Network, sometimes it is required to travel and work closely with our clients in their offices. Willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across USA, but also other locations, for short or long term is required.

  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Profit Center Accounting (PCA).
  • Internal Orders
  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
  • Period-end close processes.
• FSCM
  • Cash and Liquidity management (CLM)
  • Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
  • Bank Communication Management (BCM)
  • Multibank Connectivity (MBC)
  • Credit Management (CR)
  • Collections Management (COL)
  • Dispute Management (DM)
  • In-House Cash (IHC)

Desired

• SAP Certified Application Professional – Finance / Activate    
• PMO or Agile methodologies certificate
• Experience in a top tier consulting firm

Education

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related Engineering field.

Languages

• Spanish: native or advanced.

• English: advanced (excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing engagements).
