Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and adopting a cloud-first, agile approach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and continuously improve system performance is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java programming and related frameworks.
-Strong knowledge of AI/Generative AI concepts with hands-on experience applying AI tools and technologies to improve engineering, automation, and delivery outcomes.
-Knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Management, with experience across securities, trading, portfolio management, investment operations, and related financial services processes.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of database management and query optimization.
- Ability to work with front-end technologies to support full stack development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
