Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. This role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across components. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within an agile environment, the engineer balances creativity and technical expertise to address complex business challenges with a cloud-first approach, contributing to the overall success of the project and organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Kafka.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and message brokering concepts.
- Familiarity with backend development frameworks and integration of Apache Kafka with microservices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Kafka clusters for performance and reliability.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies to support scalable deployments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache Kafka.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
