This role involves developing scalable recruitment programs targeting Korean manufacturers, brands and individual Sellers who are actively engaged in export e-commerce (Cross Border E-Commerce) to introduce local products and selections on Amazon.com through various approaches. The position requires collaboration with external entities such as service providers, industry associations, manufacturers and seller communities to drive growth across Amazon's 20+ marketplaces worldwide.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, capable of engaging with diverse contacts to effectively communicate Amazon's Global Selling value proposition, and will work closely with Amazon's cross-regional teams, program and category managers, and other internal stakeholders. The goal is to expand Amazon Global Selling's outreach, introduce unique selections across Amazon platforms, and leverage the Service Provider Network to enhance the overall seller experience. This includes sourcing and managing specialized service providers to deliver training, seminars, and operational support that lower entry barriers for new sellers.
Key job responsibilities
Core KPI of this role is to develop Global SPN (service provider network) to support KR Sellers, establish Seller onboarding programs in each domains such as logistics, marketing, and etc.
1. Partner Management & Collaboration:
Identify, onboard, and manage external partners across all domains of the seller journey — including logistics, marketing, AI tools, etc.; negotiate partnership terms and design joint programs, promotions, and campaigns to maximize seller success.
2. Seller Acquisition & Pipeline Development:
Proactively source and acquire sellers through all available channels including direct outreach, external agencies, industry events, referrals, and partner networks. Drive top-of-funnel growth through two parallel workstreams: (1) targeted acquisition of high-value sellers via strategic, consultative outreach, and (2) scalable acquisition through events and broad-reach campaigns.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Effectively communicate Amazon's Global Selling value proposition to diverse external contacts. Collaborate with Amazon's cross-regional teams, internal stakeholders to align strategies and ensure successful execution.
4. Monitor, Report & Optimize
Track progress of acquisition and engagement initiatives; provide regular updates and insights to ensure alignment with business goals and continuous improvement of strategies

Source and onboard new service partners to address sellers' evolving needs, while managing existing partner performance against defined KPIs (e.g., lead generation, solution quality)
2. Targeted Seller Acquisition
