Do you have a desire to make a major contribution to the rapid growth of Cloud Computing and AI? Do you want to build your skills in marketing and sales for long-term career growth? If so, come build the future of tech as part of our Global Marketing Response Center (MRC) team based in Seoul, Korea. We are looking for ambitious individuals to join the Global MRC team to engage with new and prospective customers.

MRC is the customer engagement arm of the Marketing organization. Our mission is to learn from customers, understand their needs, and educate them about the benefits of AWS and all the services we offer, to help them embark on their cloud and AI journey quickly and easily. It is a critical function within the demand progression process, with the objective to profile, nurture, and qualify marketing leads generated from various marketing events, campaigns, and activities.

Key job responsibilities
1. Lead Follow-up & Qualification - Follow up and qualify leads generated from AWS Marketing events and campaigns through phone calls and email communications
2. Customer Needs Assessment - Accurately identify customer needs and business opportunities to drive effective lead qualification
3. Lead Nurturing Activities - Nurture leads with tailored messaging and relevant use cases to deepen customer understanding of AWS services, creating higher-value leads that drive improved sales conversion rates
4. Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to achieve campaign goals
5. AI & Operational Excellence - Actively leverage AI to catalyze your productivity and systematically share and scale best practices across teams
6. Campaign Execution & Delivery - Execute assigned campaigns and projects effectively, ensuring deliverables are met within established timelines

Basic Qualifications
