The NA Operations VP oversees the Amazon facilities across North America, including Customer Fulfillment, Sort Centers, Delivery Stations, Air, Fleet and many more. The teams manage the last mile delivery execution to the customer’s home/business and operates 24x7 and spans the entire continental US and Canada through hundreds of unique locations. The Executive Assistant in this role will report to the Senior Executive Assistant and will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives in managing high level calendar schedule needs and administrative tasks. The role responsibilities include managing the complex VP calendar, coordinating event logistics, partnering with lead Executive Assistants on schedule alignment and projects, and managing SOPs comms for the EA team. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
