Functie context
Op de productielocatie in Tilburg worden softgelcapsules geproduceerd voor de pharmaceutische, cosmetische en voedingssuplementen sector, welke een directie impact hebben op de gezondheid van patienten. Het doel van de afdeling Maintenance & Engineering is voornamelijk het preventief en correctief onderhouden en het modificeren van de aanwezige productiemiddelen en installaties op zowel werktuigbouwkundig als elektro- en instrumentatietechnisch gebied. De installaties bestaan hoofdzakelijk uit productiemachines, utilities en apparatuur voor de vervaardiging van gel en medicine. Bij productiemachines moet gedacht worden aan encapsulatie-, inspectie- en nabewerkingsmachines en verpakkingsmachines.
Functie omschrijving:
Klaarzetten van Productie Set-Up en materialen volgens planning, waarbij wordt gezorgd dat alle losse equipment/onderdelen van machines in goede staat zijn. Het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan pompen en setup equipment. Demonteren/monteren en schoonmaken van pompen, welke gebruikt worden op de encapsuleermachine. Service-verlenend optreden omtrent bovengenoemde activiteit naar productie, projectmatig werken tbv een constante verbetering van de kwaliteit van het Productie-processen. Beide punten moeten leiden tot effectiviteitsverhoging van het encapsuleerproces (RFT, OTD en OEE). De functie wordt uitgeoefend in dagdienst.
Zorgt dat er voldoende productiemiddelen beschikbaar zijn, voor de afdeling
• Dagelijks klaarzetten van de productiemiddelen.
• Onderhoud en voorraadbeheer van materialen/middelen in Die & Wedge room,
• Zorgdragen voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van deze materialen/middelen. .
• De werkzaamheden administratief bijhouden.
• Advies geven aan productie, daarbij ook het doorspelen van informatie aan de verantwoordelijke.
• Zorgen dat de “Die & Wedge-Room” en een optimaal bruikbare ruimte is waarin alles netjes en overzichtelijk opgeborgen is.
• Aandacht is vereist bij het uitvoeren van diverse werkzaamheden, mede met het oog op veiligheid en SOP’s, GMP/FDA.
