As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of tailored software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Measurement Analysis and Improvement.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate software performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Experience in defining and implementing development standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Ability to design scalable software architectures that align with business requirements.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive technical excellence and project success.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Measurement Analysis and Improvement.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
