Summary:
In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software solutions. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Financials.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based financial systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures tailored to financial applications.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for financial software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A BTech or MTech or MCA with IT or CSE or EEE or ECE is required.
