Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your work is centered around applying contemporary development frameworks and methodologies to produce high-quality, adaptable software products that support organizational goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and promote knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum, Agile Program Management.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
