Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, contributing significantly to the overall business efficiency and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to financial application support.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to work with various modules and components of Oracle EBS Financials to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams and business users.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
