In the role of Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This includes managing the configuration processes, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating release activities. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to guarantee system stability and optimal performance while ensuring alignment with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration across various teams and proactive problem-solving are integral to driving the evolution of these solutions effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Experience with configuration and integration of enterprise software solutions related to real estate management.
- Strong understanding of software release management and deployment processes.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards ensuring system stability and performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
