As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of tailored software projects. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ivalua.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project lifecycles.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on collaborative solution development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Ivalua.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
