Accounts Payable Officer with Greek

Job location

 

Bucharest or Brasov | Fully office-based for the first 6 months, followed by a hybrid setup | Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.

 

Role summary

 

Join our Accounts Payable team and support accurate and timely invoice processing. You will work with supplier invoices and use applications such as Oracle and SAP to support day-to-day financial operations.

 

Your mission

 

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time;
• Receive and analyze invoices from suppliers;
• Work in applications such as Excel and SAP;
• Register invoices and help ensure payments are completed on time.

Required Qualifications

 

• Greek & English - B2 level;
• High school diploma mandatory;
• Ability to understand finance processes and apply logical thinking to daily activities;
• Motivation to learn and develop within a finance operations environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

• Previous experience in finance or a financial process;
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance area;
• Minimum experience in finance, accounting, or invoice processing.
