Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, coordinating system integrations, and overseeing the deployment of new releases. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to guarantee system stability and optimal performance while ensuring that all developments align with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive solution enhancements and address operational challenges is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Lead efforts to optimize system configurations and integrations to enhance overall solution efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless release management and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and knowledge development.
- Continuously monitor platform performance and implement improvements to maintain high availability and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of system configuration and integration techniques within enterprise software environments.
- Experience in managing software release cycles and deployment strategies.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards to ensure system stability and performance.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to packaged or cloud-based applications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
