Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration processes, coordinating integrations with various systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across multiple teams and proactive problem-solving are integral to driving the solution's success and evolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data models within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and tools relevant to SAP platforms.
- Ability to manage and execute complex data warehousing projects with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with release management processes and configuration management in enterprise software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
