Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires understanding the broader business environment and collaborating with various stakeholders to capture essential requirements. The Business Architect then shapes these insights into comprehensive business solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement across functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable business solutions within complex organizational structures.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to lead workshops and facilitate consensus among diverse groups.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
