Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities

Important exp:
. LLM Engineers post-training – 3–7 years overall experience
Experience post-training open-source LLMs/SLMs using SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, Reinforcement Learning, preference optimization or distillation
Strong PyTorch/Transformers/TRL fundamentals
Experience with synthetic data, evaluation harnesses and domain-specific benchmarks
Interest in agentic coding, tool-use and domain-specialized models

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of application integration techniques and API management.
- Experience working with low-code or no-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software release management and version control processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
