As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is an integral part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously explore new tools and technologies to improve application support processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of low-code or no-code platforms to customize application features.
- Ability to monitor and optimize system performance in cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
