Role Overview

We are seeking experienced SAP Functional Consultants specializing in SAP PP, SAP GTS, SAP EWM, or SAP SD to support enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise, hands-on system configuration experience, and proven success delivering multiple end-to-end implementations across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, trade compliance, and order management environments.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP consultants to design, implement, optimize, and support SAP solutions that drive operational excellence and business value.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Solution Design & Implementation

• Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP implementations
• Conduct workshops and gather business requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best-practice solutions.
• Configure SAP functionalities within PP, GTS, EWM, or SD modules.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, rollout, and upgrade initiatives.

Testing & Deployment

• Develop and execute Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support cutover planning and go-live activities.
• Ensure successful deployment and stabilization of SAP solutions.

Stakeholder & Business Engagement

• Partner with business process owners and key stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Provide guidance on process harmonization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and end-user training sessions.

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Analyze and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Drive continuous process improvements and optimization initiatives.
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Ensure seamless integration across end-to-end business processes.

• Intercompany Processes
• ATP & Availability Checks
• Customer Master Data
• Integration with MM, FI, and GTS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of business process design and optimization.
• Experience with data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification in PP, GTS, EWM, SD, or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in global rollouts and SAP transformation programs.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience working in consulting environments.
• Exposure to Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience across manufacturing, logistics, retail, consumer goods, life sciences, or industrial sectors.
